NFT Monitoring and Evaluation Associate Jobs in South Africa

The M&E Associate will be required to manage monitoring, tracking, evaluation and reporting function.

Duties and Responsibilities

Contribute to development of project plans

Develop M&E Plans for all projects

Develop and review data collection tools

Oversee data collection systems

Monitoring, tracking and reporting for projects

Support quality improvement initiatives

Support funding proposal development

Support compilation of annual reports

Compile funder reports

Develop guidelines and SOPs

Any other duties, as assigned by the line manager, in line with the role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (Public Health, Informatics, Population Studies).

Demonstrable empathy, compassion and an understanding of the cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds in the community

SA citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa

Drivers licence

Own car

Moderate travel (up to 40%) by land or air if required

Willing to work overtime

Computer literacy (Ms Office)

Interest in data management and analysis.

Understanding of the usage of social media for non-profit organisations

Ability to work individually and in a team and under pressure and a demonstrated willingness to learn new things.
