The objective of this position is to execute the tasks that support the organization’s brand and messaging which in turn informs, educates and creates awareness about organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the development of annual M&C plan to detail the activities and resources required

Manage execution of activities as per M&C plan

Execute risk communication plans

Develop both internal and external communications

Develop and disseminate quarterly magazines and annual reports

Manage social media accounts for the organization

Engage media to promote the organization (radio, newspaper, television)

Conduct employee engagement surveys

Support evaluation stakeholder relationships to identify needs, level of engagement and monitoring effectiveness thereof

Support programs with documenting lessons learnt, success stories and best practices

Support programs to design and develop IEC materials

Manage events for the organization

Develop branding guidelines

Develop and procure branding materials

Monitor implementation of the organization’s brand

Any other duties, as assigned by the line manager, in line with the role.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing or Communications or Media or Journalism or equivalent

Advanced communications skills

Good writing skills

Advanced computer skills

Analytical

Adaptable

Aware of cultural and social landscape

Able to travel
