The IT Associate will provide assistance to the team of information technology.

Duties and Responsibilities

Attend to IT related enquiries.

Troubleshooting computer and software related problems.

Install and uninstall software as requested and approved.

Support the broad IT team.

Keep register of IT assets owned by the organization.

Keep track of all IT related costs in partnership with the finance team.

Support procurement team with procurement of IT related equipment.

Train staff on use of computers, IT policy and any other software.

Any other duties, as assigned by the line manager, in line with the role.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology

MS Office Package

Driver’s Licence
