Job Summary;

The GL Supervisor is responsible for recording/posting of FA invoices.

Controlling and monitoring the assets tracking and tagging according to the company procedure.

Following up and monitoring the capex budget.

Preparing payments for suppliers and attending the queries of suppliers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities;

Monitoring and controlling all issued LPO related to FA by coordinating with the concerned departments.

Reviewing and booking all FA invoices against LPO and ensures that the compliance with the company DOA

Ensures the proper booking and capitalization of FA according to the company FA procedure.

Ensures the timely payment for the FA suppliers and attending to their daily queries & reconciliation.

Running the Depreciation Journal and checking the depreciation value.

Monitoring and controlling CAPEX Actual vs.

Budget and providing information to the management.

Monitoring with the concerned department for Advance payment to FA suppliers.

Preparation of WIP follow-up & Reconciliation at end of each month.

Reviewing of FA control procedure concerning the Receiving, transfering in and out and disposal of assets.

Ensures & Following up the tagging of all the new addition for each store once it delivered to the store as per company FA procedure.

Starting the tagging process for newly opened store within one month

according to the company FA procedure

Ensures the full FA inventory as per company FA procedure.

Providing monthly CAPEX report to management showing the Actual Vs. Budget.

Providing necessary detail to the internal and external auditors.

And any other duty assigned to the employee by management.

Qualifications, Experience and Requirements;

2-3 years and of relevant job experience.

Bachelor degree Finance or Commerce

Certified Public Accountant

Certified Public Accountant

Fluency in English

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent analytical and investigation skills

Ability to work flexible hours

High Sense of responsibility

Problem solving skills with a sense of urgency

Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
