Job summary

Essential Job Functions

  • On-boarding of customers for new account opening

  • Sensitize the customers about bank products.

  • Collect all relevant documents required for account opening.

  • Follow-up with the account opening status for the customers & leads.

  • Daily update of the sales activity in the tracking system.

    Requirements

  • A high level of self-motivation.

  • Excellent analytical skills, high level of confidentiality and integrity.

  • Good interpersonal, team working and communication skills.

  • The ability to approach and solve problems in a calm and controlled manner.

  • The capacity to work under pressure at all times while meeting set targets.

  • Must have a National ID and smart phone.

    Education and Experience

  • A minimum of an Advanced Certificate of Education in a business-related field or equivalent required

  • Computer literate with strong Microsoft application skills and great report writing skills.
