Reporting to:Managing Director
Responsible for:
All The Company’s Product Installations
Responsibilities:
Be adept on plumbing, electrical, kitchen, bathroom and main-line plumbing connections and by-pass installations.
Coordination of our client’s installation activities with the aim of satisfying customer needs and maximizing revenues.
Refer potential customers to the Company’s Shops or sales team.
Promote and sell all the company products under specified categories.
Awareness creation of our client’s products & services to key target groups.
Involvement in the planning, coordination and implementing of all major The Company’s.
Installations with agreement with the Managing Director.
Organization and assistance in installation and attending to potential customers during promotions, competitions, demos and exhibitions.
Planning, organization of written, telephone, personal contacts with guests and supervision of these contacts.
Keep communication with clients on-going to promote and develop and extend the business.
Ensures permanent observation of the market and competitors.
Perform any duty which the company may from time to time assign in connection with the business of the company in my capacity as sales executive and in all respects conform to and comply with the proper and reasonable directions of the company.
Monitoring leads and orders for repeat business in close liaison with the Company’s Shop.
Cross-selling and up-selling of all our client’s products and services accordingly.
Involvement in drawing up the sales activities plan with cost implications and revenue targets for our client.
Be able to give correct information to clients regarding the various products on offer and their best suitable use.
Know how to behave in a manner as to avoid accidents, at all times.
Instruct customers on how to safely use The Company’s Equipment.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience.
Willing to work for a small growing company Comply with all company policies.
Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the management.
Flexibility -The holder of this statement can be asked to take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.
