The role

The role involves providing technical support for construction chemicals (adhesives, concrete admixtures, waterproofing, floorings, refurbishment, sealing and bonding, structural strengthening) and facilitating sales growth for the products.

Training, Presenting and Responding to contractors, architects, engineers, designers, developers, applicators, distributors, and end consumers on their technical needs.

Responsibilities

Responsible to bring business as a fulltime technical sales personnel with a cross spectrum -including architects, contractors, serial developers and quantity surveyors.

Responsible for promoting company brand awareness and implementing sales strategy for company.

Coordinate partnerships with distributors and other construction related companies to maximize growth and revenues.

Work closely with project management teams to supervise and guide on material application, installation and repairs

on site as well as site inspection.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

At least two years prior experience in customer service and/ or sales working directly with customers, preferred.

Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.

Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts.

Excellent time and territory management skills.

Must be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused and a team player.

Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite.
