Roles and Responsibilities of Senior Human Resource Officer

To develop, improve and update HR SOPP/Policies relating to assigned HR Functions

To install appraisal mechanism for staff

To implement and enforce HR Policies/strategies.

To ensure preparation and execution of payroll and related pay-out on time.

To formulate, and organize recruitment processes including but not limited to interviews, induct, and placement of new staff.

To ensure all staff employment records are properly and effectively filed and retrieved whenever required, and contracts signed on time.

To facilitate and ensure expatriates have the necessary documents required for work permit visas.

To assist in the application of required visas for company visitors

To identify staff training needs and formulate training plans.

To manage staff warfare and handle complaints

To verify and ensure that staff respect and follow labor and other related laws in place.

To prepare monthly management reporting for the department

To lead, guide, counsel, and motivate staff.

To supervise procurement officer and administrative driver’s works

Any other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Human resource roles

Bachelor’s degree in Human resource management
