Duties and Responsibilities;Promoting the organization delivery service to all clients.
Ensuring that all customers’ complaints regarding the status in which their units arrived in South Sudan are well attended to and resolved professionally in a timely fashion.
Ensuring that all units under free guarantee service are well attended to and satisfactorily handled to their logical conclusion in a professional and timely manner.
Advising clients on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions with a view of getting the clients.
Providing correct and accurate inspection and recording of the status of the newly arrived units.
Recording and updating all the relevant google sheets in Google Drive and any other documents in a professional and timely manner.
All sheets and documents should be crosschecked and correctly updated before close of business daily.
Attending to phone calls, messages, emails and any other forms of communication from clients, colleagues and your superiors are responded to and addressed in a professional and timely manner.
Ensuring that there’s reasonable decorum for clients, colleagues and superiors at all times at the work place and outside the work environment.
Performing any other duties assigned to you by your superiors from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements;
Diploma in any business related field, a degree in marketing is an added advantage.
1 year work experience in sales and marketing.
Communication skills must be good in Juba, Arabic and English language.
Computer skills especially excel, word and PowerPoint.
Good presentation skills
