Responsibilities:

Holistic Consultations:

Analyze skin conditions and create personalized skincare and nutritional plans.

Skincare Treatments:

Perform a range of advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and holistic therapies.

Utilize advanced skincare technologies and techniques to address specific skin concerns.

Nutritional Guidance:

Integrate diet and nutritional knowledge into skincare consultations, providing clients with holistic wellness recommendations.

Offer guidance on how dietary choices impact skin health and collaborate with clients to develop personalized nutrition plans.

Holistic Approach:

Incorporate holistic approaches to skincare, such as exercise recommendations, anxiety and self-awareness to enhance overall well-being.

Educate clients on the interconnectedness of skincare, nutrition, and overall health.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.

Collaborate with clients to set achievable skincare and nutritional goals.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, nutritional science, and industry advancements.

Attend training sessions and

workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about skincare products and nutritional supplements, recommending products aligned with holistic wellness principles.

Collaborate with management to curate retail product offerings.

Hygiene and Safety:

Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols in the treatment room.

Ensure that equipment is properly sanitized, maintaining a clean and welcoming treatment environment.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other wellness professionals, including massage therapists and fitness experts, to provide integrated holistic wellness solutions.

Qualifications:

Licensed and certified as a skincare therapist following local and state regulations.

Strong background in advanced skincare treatments.

Certified or educated in diet and nutrition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a passion for holistic well-being.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
