Duties

Data entry. The candidate will be required to enter data on a daily basis regarding the riders’ revenue and expenditure.

Inventory Count. The candidate shall be required to verify the number of motorbikes dispatched every morning and also confirm their return.

Bank deposit. The candidate will be required to deposit into the Bank any cheque and cash collections from the riders on a daily basis.

Bank Reconciliation. The candidate will be required to reconcile the Cash balance per the bank statements against the book records on a daily basis.

Daily Reports. The candidate will be required to update the daily project progress report.

Record keeping and filing. The Candidate will be required to keep both physical and soft copies for the project accountability and verification of Income and Expenditure.

Qualification and Requirements;

First Degree in a finance-related field.

Teamwork and team support

Knowledge of accounting software – Pastel, Quick books, Tally

CPA Level II added advantage
