Reporting: Camp Boss

Direct Supervisor: Dining Hall Supervisor

Profile

Previous experience in the catering /hospitality industry

Good command of the English language, both written and spoken

Customer-oriented

Education: Diploma in catering and hotel management work experience of at least 2 years in the same area

Duties and responsibilities

The cleanliness of the entire cafeteria

Makes requisition from the store

Makes meals plus breakfast, lunch, and dinner accordingly ie crockery, lemon slices, ginger, availing plates

Ensure that table linen is well laid and clean

Ensure that all snacks are well displayed at all times

Ensure that juice is in the machine and must clean the same machine before going to off duty

Ensure that the soup menu is displayed on time
