Reporting to: Camp Boss

Direct supervisor: Camp Boss

Profile

Previous experience with catering/hospitality industry minimum of 5 years

Previous experience in international menu designing

Good knowledge of computer applications: word and excel,

Good command of the English language, both written and spoken

Results-oriented

Customer-oriented

Experience in Chinese and Asian cuisines as well as continental dishes

Duties and responsibilities

Oversees and liaises with quality control to maintain HACCP , food safety hygiene requirements throughout food operations

Liaises with sanitation department on hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen units

Controls operations and ensures that there is no food wastage

Maintain and improve food costs (profits)
