Reporting to: Executive Chef

Director Supervisor: Head Chef

Coordinates closely with Procurement, Stores, and Quality Control Department

Profile

Previous experience with catering/hospitality industry minimum of 5 years

Experience in Chinese cuisines and Pastry

Good knowledge of computer applications: WORD and EXCEL

Duties and Responsibilities

Liaises with the customer service department to ensure that all airline orders are brought on time

Ensures that menu specifications are adhered to on daily basis as per customer’s requirements

Ensures that relevant staffs have knowledge of the menu by training them and keeping records

Liaises with the Quality control department to maintain HACCP safety throughout the kitchen

Participates in menu development and presentation for airlines and projects

Liaises with sanitation department on hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
