Reporting to: executive chef

Direct supervisor: Head chef

Coordinates closely with stores, procurement, QC, and Maintenance

Profile:

Previous experience in the catering/hospitality industry with a minimum of two years

Previous experience in menu designing

Good communications

Good command of the English language, both written and spoken

Customer-oriented

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensures that HACCP, SOPS, food safety, and hygiene requirements throughout the kitchen are maintained

Ensures that menu specifications are adhered to on daily basis as per customer’s requirements, any deviations to be reported immediately to the Executive Chef, for rectification

Liaises with stores department and ensures that missing items are replaced in time.

Communicates to maintenance personnel in case of any need to service machines or machine breakdown

Attends to incoming orders.
