Paediatric Nursing & General Nursing Skills: Demonstrate comprehensive clinical skills in both general and paediatric nursing, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and accurate documentation.

Overnight Care Experience: Proven experience managing night shifts and working independently, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health records and patient monitoring systems, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and confidentiality.

Additional Requirements: Flexibility to adapt to evolving family care needs, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
