Need Financial Assistance for Ph.D.

Q. I am from Kolkata, India, got admission in Ph.D. in Computer Science in University of Pretoria, South Africa.

I believe that, not only our country, but the whole world will be benefited after completing the PhD project.

I have completed my M.Sc. in Data Telecommunications Networks from University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom

In this connection, I need the loan (Education Grants) for covering tuition, living expenses as well.

I would like to know whether I am eligible to apply for the loan for said purpose.
