Job PurposeTo manage the recruitment team and the recruitment process, thus supporting the bank's current and future talent management objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fieldglass Central Desk team
Improve and / or Develop and implement procedures for the sourcing, engagement, and management of contingent resources
Provide insight and feedback into policies and procedures for Nedbank’s contingent resourcing
Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations regarding the engagement of contingent resources
Utilise Fieldglass, Nedbank’s vendor management system, to manage and track contingent resources
Provide reporting insights and analytics for Nedbank Contingent Resources from Fieldglass
Work with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfil their contingent resource needs
Provide guidance on the performance of contingent resources and assist the business to take appropriate actions when needed
Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and suppliers
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Minimum Experience Level
3+ years of experience in managing a team responsible for contingent resources
Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations related to the engagement of contingent resources (1+years of experience)
Experience with vendor management systems, advantage if used Fieldglass
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
