Job Purpose
We are looking for an analytical, dynamic & innovative Client Data Management Consultant to join the Client Services team in Cape Town. The core purpose of this role is to collect, manage and maintain valid, accurate and complete client data to support various business objectives and strategic objectives.
A successful candidate would also be required to develop reporting dashboards to draw insights and accelerate the processes of data analysis and reporting of client data.
Minimum Experience Level
1-2 years data management experience in Asset Management environment.
Job Responsibilities
Non-negotiable: Utilisation of Power BI and other dashboard technologies to streamline reporting
Ensure reports / dashboards are produced timeously
Proactive detect and identify issues and reporting thereof to internal and external stakeholders
Manage and report monthly on progress, cost and benefits of client data maintenance.
Implement
and manage various client data maintenance campaigns.
Enhance the integrity and completeness of data to support business objectives.
Ensure that client data integrity (i.e. ensure that data is accurate and relevant) is achieved.
Effectively and efficiently communicate with clients.
Management and implementation of the client data maintenance strategy with various stakeholders in the business.
Ongoing review (including audit) and reporting status of the client database.
Propose, implement, or enhance relevant processes and systems to the business.
Implement, manage and reporting of unclaimed benefits.
Provide feedback progress to various monthly committees
Comply with regulation with regards to client details information.
Manage and mitigate risk.
Sharing information and encouraging participation in decision making processes.
Stay abreast in field of expertise and deliver on the expectations from stakeholders.
Contribute to team effectiveness and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Preferred Qualification
National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/ Information systems or equivalent professional qualification
