NCBA Group Lead Reinsurance Officer Jobs in Kenya; NCBA Insurance Company’s Lead Reinsurance Officer role assists in providing technical underwriting support and coordinate service delivery in reinsurance. The role will involve supporting the development and execution of reinsurance programs, ensuring that the company effectively manages its risk exposure while maintaining financial stability. In addition, the Reinsurance Officer will maintain financial accuracy and transparency in reinsurance operations, ensuring that the company meets its financial reporting obligations and adheres to best practices in the industry

Ideal Job Specifications

Academic:

Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Actuarial or related field.

Diploma in Insurance - AIIK or CII.

Work experience:

7+ years of experience working in an insurance company and at least 5 years in reinsurance, preferably in GI underwriting and accounting including technical underwriting work

Previous experience in reinsurance accounting, ideally in the insurance or reinsurance industry.

Deep Knowledge of reinsurance in managing risk exposure, pricing and ensuring that the company has adequate protection.
