Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • To coordinate debt collection in all branched

  • Compile timely reports on debt collection to the credit manager

  • To ensure loan defaulters have been visited and issued with demand letter

  • Ensure neccessary action has been taken upon default loans

  • follows up defaulters who have become difficult in branch levels

  • recommends forwarding of the most difficult defaulters to external debt collectors

  • Ensure loan repayments proposals are adhered to

  • Ensure that debt recovery targets are achived and that strategies are well followed

  • Ensure that debt recovery process is well followed

  • Assist contracted debt collectors in defaulters loans follow up

  • Performs all duties that may be assigned time to time by the credit manager

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a holder of a business related degree from a recognized university

  • Must have completed CPA part 2

  • A diploma in banking or co-operative management will be an added advantage

  • Must have attained C+ in KSCE

  • Must be a computer literature

  • Have demonstrated high level of leadership and management capability

  • Understands sacco policies and producers

  • Minimum 2 years experience
