  • Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage programs,increase company revenue acorss all products and services.

  • Schedule and plan projects, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives.

  • Provide pre and post-sale marketing support to distributors OEMs and resellers as well as analyze results, and present regular reports to senior management.

  • Business development responsibilities would include cold calling and prospecting in order to brand create awareness and drive sales of In addition the individual will oversee development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs.

  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a cross-functional environment are essential.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Comfortable with a wide variety of technologies and ability to learn new tools quickly

  • Must be a self-starter, relationship builder, technology enthusiast, and extremely organized

  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new
    opportunities.

  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

  • Works with colleagues to support contact management efforts via InterAction (including contact updates, development of targeted marketing lists, tagging client activities, etc.).

    Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

  • Proven sales track record

  • Experience in customer support is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • Proficiency in English

  • Market knowledge

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build rapport

  • Time management and planning skill
