Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling simple tasks of analytical nature

  • Implementing certain decisions within the existing rules, regulations and procedures

  • Supervising clerical officers and other supporting staff

    Requirements for Appointment

  • At least a C- minus in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination (KCSE);

  • A diploma in Human Resource Management, Records Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution

  • Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution
