National Police Service Commission Clinical Officer III Jobs in Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities

Seeing and examining patients

Diagnosing and treating patients’ ailments at an outpatient department in a hospital or Health center

Conducting primary health care activities

Teaching students attached to the hospitals and health centers

Supervising and counselling a small number of staff engaged on routine patients’ care

Giving support and health education to patients

Any other duties which may be assigned

Requirements for Appointment

Kenya Certificate of secondary Education (KCSE), mean grade C, with at least a C in Biology, English or Kiswahili and a C-(Minus) in any other two science subjects

Have successfully completed three (3) years pre service training at a Medical Training College or any other recognized Medical Training Institution and have been awarded a Diploma in Clinical Medicine or its equivalent

Have been registered by Clinical Officers Council

Certificate in Computer applications from a recognized institution
