General Job Description Summary:
Serve as the first point of contact for the company, offers administrative support across the organization and welcomes guests who visit the company. The receptionist also coordinates front-desk activities, and performs customer support services.
Job Requirements
B.A Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role on similar position
Required Skills:
Computer Literacy in MS-Office & E-mail is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines & printers)
Fluency in English both in Written & Verbal is mandatory.
Excellent Communication, Telephone, and Interpersonal skills.
Multitasking and stress management skills
Professional attitude and appearance.
