Job Specification:

[Duties and Responsibilities will entail;

Collecting information for the development of research and innovation strategy/protocols/guidelines

Drafting relevant research proposals

Facilitating the research process

Collecting data for various research /surveys and studies.

Drafting reports and research findings

Preparing and monitoring the implementation of Research and Innovation strategy and other initiatives

Carrying out data analysis for various researches

Drafting Innovation reports

Developing new ideas, techniques, methodologies, approaches, practices and procedures in data analysis

Assisting in preparing large datasets for public access

Person Specification:

At least four (4) years relevant work experience;

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;

Graduate member of a recognized professional body and in good standing;

Registered with relevant professional regulatory body;

Supervisory Course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized Institution;

Proficiency in computer applications; and

Fulfilled the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
