National Housing Corporation Manager, Marketing Jobs in Kenya

Job Specification:

Duties and Responsibilities

Developing and implementing Sales and Marketing policies, strategies, plans, manuals and programs;

Undertaking Sales and Marketing activities and campaigns;

Spearheading market research activities, surveys and studies;

Creating programs to enhance awareness on the organizations products and services;

Establishing and developing relationships with relevant stakeholders to create opportunities for products and services;

Providing market information and customer feedback for development and improvement of products and services;

Managing customer relationships to ensure retention and loyalty;

Person Specification:

At least eight (8) years relevant work experience three (3) of which should have been in a supervisory role;Bachelor Degree in any of the following fields: Commerce (Marketing Option), Business Administration (Marketing Option), Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent from a recognized institution; OR Bachelors Degree with a Postgraduate diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution;

Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (Marketing Option) or equivalent from a recognized institution;

A Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks;

Membership to relevant professional body where applicable; and

Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
