Job Title: Brand Manager
Job Purpose:
To formulate, direct and implement marketing strategies aimed at building the equity of ABUL brands.
Responsibilities:
Formulates, directs and implements ABUL brands' annual strategic marketing plans, with the supervision of the Head of Marketing to deliver against company objectives. Develops strong brands targeting identified market and consumer needs in order to expand the market and increase ABUL brands' share of Market in the various consumer segments
Participates in development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and tactics that maximise the launch and ensure sustainable success of relevant brands i.e. all products within TV
Develops and implements outstanding brand campaigns that motivate both external and internal viewers to watch NTVU.
Develops marketing communication plans and is custodian of ABUL brands to all stakeholders.
Coordinates various promotional activities and campaigns for ABUL and coordinates supply Ispecification for brand merchandise
Qualifications & Experience
Academic:
University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related business field from an accredited institution Experience:
3-5 years of working experience in managing brands preferably in a FMCG company Professional:
Professional qualification in Marketing and communication e.g. CIM
Core Competencies
Good knowledge of social media (mandatory) Strong strategic thinker with experience
in strategy formulation.
Strong execution skills with proven experience in multiple project management and execution
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse, cross functional teams
Tenacity and resolve to work in a fast paced job
Ability to work long and odd hours in a fast paced environment
Have a keen eye for detail and be highly organized
Have strong passion for brands
