Namati intentionally structures our monitoring and evaluation with learning in mind.

This includes evaluating where and how paralegals can be effective at resolving injustices but also, crucially, includes more granular, methodological insights on how to maximize their impact.

To deepen the use of our data for learning, we are searching for two strategic and forward-thinking Global Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officers who will ensure that our M&E systems are optimized for programmatic excellence and organizational learning.

Reporting to the Director of Global Learning & Practice, the Global M&E Officer is central to coordinating and streamlining processes to track and assess impact across Namati programs.
