A hotel in Naivasha is seeking to fill in the following positions:

Responsibilities:

  • To be in charge of supervising the entire establishment and includes front office operations, restaurant operations, housekeeping and an II other areas.
  • To train all service staff in expected standards of service delivery and customer interaction, proper setting of tables, room service etc.

    Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Manager/ Supervisor in a 4 star Restaurant/ Hotel.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
