Job Description:

Reporting to the Dean of Academics and Research, this position is responsible for ensuring that course content aligns with the NCLEX-RN test plan and providing individualized academic support and guidance to students on NCLEX Course.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and with at least 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting, previous experience as an NCLEX instructor with a Strong understanding of the NCLEX examination blueprint, test format, and content areas. Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems. Demonstrated expertise in nursing practice, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills. A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Certified NCLEX Course Instructor will be and added advantage.
