Nairobi Technical Training Institute Analytical Chemistry Technician

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Undertaking repairs and maintenance in their area of specialization in the
    department
  • Report major repairs required
  • Ensuring proper usage, safe custody and inventory of kits, tools and equipment
  • Assist students on projects
  • Organize for practicals lessons
  • Fabricate simple structures needed research work and innovation
  • Ensure safety and security in the science Laboratories
  • Maintain cleanliness of the Laboratory at all times
  • Keeping records and inventories and carry out stock take
  • Any other duty that may be assigned

    Required Minimum Qualifications
  • K.C.S.E C
  • KNEC Diploma Certificate in relevant Field
  • Computer Literacy
  • Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Act
  • Experience of 2 years in a similar position in an institution or industry

    Other requirements;
  • Certificate of Good conduct
  • HELB clearance
  • KRA Tax compliance certificate
