Renumeration

Salary Scale:

Kshs 89,748.00 to Kshs 120,270.00

House Allowance:

Kshs 45,000.00

Commuter Allowance:

Kshs 14,000.00

Job Description

Provide anesthesia services for patients undergoing Surgical

procedures. Planning anesthesia services through thorough review of patients pre, intra and post operatively

Ensure quality and safety of all anesthetic medical activities

Organize and oversee the operating room at the hospital.

Ensure safe and efficient storage and use of resources including equipment.

Monitoring, evaluation and reporting of Medical activities in operating room.

Ensure adherence to the established and approved guidelines and practice.

Ensure successfully recovery of patients who have undergone Surgery.

Job Qualifications

Be a Kenyan citizen.

Be a holder of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) degree from an institution that is recognized in Kenya.

Master of Medicine degree in Anesthesia from a University recognized in Kenya

Must be registered by the Kenya Medical practitioners and Dentists Board.

Valid Professional Practice License

A valid practice license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board

Must have good interpersonal and Communication skills.

Specialist Recognition as an anesthesiologist desirable
