Role Overview/ Job description:

  • The ideal candidate will be involved in operating and repairing the farm tractors and accompanying machineries.
  • She/he must have knowledge in repairing and maintaining tractors and the accompanying attachments.

    Qualifications:

  • Attainment of training and practical experience in related field is required.
  • Possession of academic and professional qualification could be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operating a tractor.

    Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge, experience, and ability either on or applicable to tuber crops, cash crops, grains and vegetables, relating to: Repair, maintenance and operation of tractors and the accompanying attachments.. Operational management i.e. relating to optimal effective uses of men, money, and material resources.High profitability arising from the above and other innovative idea that can bring high return on the investment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to live within farm vicinity is preferred

  • Proficiency in Yoruba Language is preferred.
