Mwananchi microfinance institution is offering credit solutions, to positively transform the lives of their customers and other stakeholders. The company seeks to hire dynamic individuals to fill the role of Business Development Executive – Check Off Loans.


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for acquisition of new business through client recruitment.
  • Deliver set Sales Targets in quality loan referrals.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Actively participate in marketing campaigns to ensure clients are well informed of the products.
  • Seek customer feedback on products and services offered by the organization.
  • Provide daily Sales Reports to the supervisor.
  • Meet with potential clients to market our products and services and convert them into business opportunities
  • Meeting personal and team sales targets.
  • Improving visibility and brand image of the company by directly selling and promoting company products to the assigned markets.


    Requirements


  • Diploma from a recognized institution in sales related course is an added advantage
  • At least 1-year experience in sales and Marketing in banks/micro lending companies.
  • Experience in check off loans is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and flexible
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Should be self-driven, able to do presentations, negotiate and seal deals.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated individual with a strong passion for success
  • Well-groomed and presentable person
