Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in a business-related field, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and hold at least a CPA Level 1 certification.

Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.

Generate and send out invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable activities.

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

Assist in month-end closing processes, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding issues and facilitate timely payment collection.

Maintain documentation and records in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to streamline accounts receivable

operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formulas).

CPA Level 1 certification or equivalent qualification preferred.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Prior experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles is advantageous
