Qualification

  • Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health

  • Must have evidence of training in Speech Therapy from a recognized Institution.

    Key Competences required for the post

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas

  • Treat and ensure proper management of patients.

  • Refer complicated cases to the Senior Clinical Officer.

  • Liaise with other cadres in the Unit in the delivery of quality health care to patients.

  • Participate in the implementation of primary health care activities.

  • Participate in research activities.

  • Participate in the collection of health data.

  • Participate in teaching staff, patients and the public.

  • Adhere to the professional Codes of Conduct and Ethics.

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
