Job Requirements

Must have degree in Human Resource Management

Be a member of professional body (IHRM) in good standing order

Have at least 5 years hands on experience at Management level in core areas of Human Resource Management.

Age of 35 years and above

Must have people management focus. self-motivated, proactive, change agent, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to drive success in a high complex environment.

Ability to maintain professional and positive relationships

Possess excellent interpersonal skills with attention to detail and a team player.

Have outstanding oral and written communication skills.
