    Mtwapa Coast Breeze Hotel is medium size hotel based along Mombasa Malindi road
    in Mtwapa, North coast.

    The Hotel has saline facilities including swimming pool, Duplex and Single rooms, Vast dining area, resting lounge and an open-end Kitchenette among others.

    The hotel focuses on offer first class hospitality services to our esteemed
    guests.

    Minimum Qualification

  • Hold a University Degree in a Hospitality or a related course.
  • Have at least 2 to 3 years work experience in hotel industry.
  • Hotel Management experience is an added advantage
  • Has a niche in business development in hotel services.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and excellent verbal skills.
  • A go getter who is results oriented.

    Job Specification-hotel Manager
  • Business Development and client Management.
  • Undertake business development from identifying clients interested in hotel
    services to confirming their booking.
  • Manage the team attending the guest’s and their rooms
  • Coordinate on provision of meal by other subordinate staff.
  • Manage and grow existing market share for domestic visitors and international guests into the hotel.
  • Spearhead hotel marketing strategies.
  • Manage operational
    risks at the hotel
  • Enhance profitability in the management of the hotel and ensure all booking
    make business sense.
  • Accounting/Finance
  • Oversee Maintenance of records of all visitors and compile monthly turnover
    reports.
  • Invoicing of clients in collaboration with the operations team and ensure that visitors
    pay before checking out

    Competencies
  • High sense of confidentiality and attention to details;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure - prioritizing;
  • Effective time management with ability to work under minimum supervision.
