Mission/ Core purpose of the JobThe Manager Controls and Measurement provides stewardship of MTN’s performance in the organization-wide management of revenue leakage risk, and future design and implementation of a revenue responsible organization, commercial framework and technology landscape.
The role is seen as the advisory arm of the Revenue Assurance
Main Job Functions:
To manage the RAFM performance and provide governance support with Executives, Management and Stakeholders to ensure targets are met and performance is optimized.
Improve profitability through the reduction of revenue leakage through strengthening the primary and secondary control environment to more effectively manage risk.
Manage and co-ordinate all RAFM risk assessments and business requirements analysis of organization change including new Projects, Products/Services, Technology changes.
Improve the overall RAFM maturity level of the organization through strengthening core capabilities in both the primary and secondary control environments.
Delivery of the agreed RAFM awareness campaign to improve revenue responsibility.
Manage the assessment and continuous improvement of RAFM organization to ensure that a mature and capable environment is achieved.
To research, improve and provide ongoing support to Measurement, Reporting, Best Practice frameworks.

Essential: Audit Qualification (CISA / CISM / CRSIC)
Desirable: Project Management Accreditation (PMI / PMBOK)
Desirable: Process Improvement (6-Sigma / BPR)
Any other specifications
Experience in finance or business management roles in the telecommunications industry, within a risk assessment and management environment
Qualifications
Education
University Degree
– BSc Quantitative Economics/BSc Computer/BSc Data Analytics/ Bach Actuarial Science
Post Graduate Qualification –CISA/CISM/CRISK/ MBA/CAIT skills
Experience
At least 3 years of leading a Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management organization in telecommunications company or at least 5 years in relevant sector/ industry relevant role
At least 2 years of experience in audit and/or advisory organizations
At least 2 years of cross functional project management experience
Proven track record of business transformation ownership and delivery Hyperion and Oracle
Competencies
Skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio and Access), ERP (Oracle preferred)
Well organized and ability to prioritize in regard to important flows of information and multiple requests to be processed; strong project management skills and ability to deliver.
