Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of the fintech products lifecycle as well as the formulation of revenue growth strategies;

• Responsible for the generation of strategies that will grow the MTN Mobile Money Market Share as well as brand visibility and reputation, improve customer experience and drive revenue and subscriber growth;

• In conjunction with stakeholders, develop a compelling product catalogue, product lifecycle, pipeline and Go to Market approach;

• Manages relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure strong and sustainable revenue growth partnerships;

• Implements Product Roadmap for assigned services;

• Monitors product performance and recommend growth interventions and promotions;

• Implementation of product strategies in line with the group expectations to ensure consistency with group guidelines;

• Ensures compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines for product and service launches;

• Supports in billing and revenue assurance for all products within portfolio;

• Ensures adequate training for all products that are launched;

• Ensures fluid communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Ensures consistent growth in active subscribers and revenue

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or another business-related field.

• Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better inclusive of English and Mathematics

• 3 years’ marketing experience within an FMCG or Advertising / Communications Industry and experience in the telecommunications industry
