Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our team and play a critical role in further developing our motor insurance sales through the mTek platform. As a Sales Associate “Travel”, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a sales pipeline for specifically motor insurance sales through the various B2B2C channels ultimately simplifying insurance for the end-user.

Responsibilities

Setting and monitoring sales objectives

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with strategic sales stakeholder

Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans

Contributing to meeting sales targets

Keeping up-to-date with industry developments

Answering customer queries

Mediating disputes with customers

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Insurance, Business Management or related field

3-5 years’ sales experience – Insurance industry will be an added advantage

Embracing of digital solutions

Self-Motivated and Agile mindset

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills
