Msc Scholarships in Health Related Field

I graduated in Bsc nursing 4 years ago. I am eager to attend my MSc in health related fields. Can I get them? What about TOEFL, is it a must?

For some scholarships it is not necessary but fundamental for others, it just depends with the institution. Conditions for awarding are usually given by the sponsors in the scholarship, and in our case we do not fund.
