Mow Sports Club - Head Chef Jobs in Kenya

The MOW Sports Club based at South 'C' along Muhoho Avenue intends to recruit for the
positions of a Head Chef

The Head Chef will report to the club manager and will be in charge of

Controlling and directing the food preparation process.

Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer.

Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels.

Creating menu items. recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality.

Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering.

Qualifications

Diploma in food production or equivalent

Minimum five years in a busy hotel/restaurant relevant experience

Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety as well as kitchen equipment

Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you

Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes

The successful candidates will be engaged on a three year contract renewable subject to performance.
