Purpose of the JobProvide secretarial and administrative work for the head of a department or Office. PERSON
Qualifications• An Honors Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Studies or Office Management from a recognized institution Or an Honors Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration or Business Management plus a Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Office Management or UNEB Certificates Stages I, II & III Skills .
Experience• Should have at least a three (3) years' experience in handling secretarial duties.
• Demonstrated computer literacy skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity.
Competences• Ability to handle clients in a courteous manner
• A team player with a good interpersonal manner
• Good communications skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Time management.
