Job Description

The Motor and Engineering Company of Ethiopia (MOENCO) has the following vacancy for immediate placement:

Admin Assistant is responsible to provide assistnat in carryng out administative, financial activities and other general matters and in organizing, coordinating and providing liaison on matters of routine general administrative works such as correspondences, receiving guests, and/or customers, keeping information, messages, files, documents and carries out Secretarial duties of the Office:

Handling customer’s inquiries, answers telephones and gives information to callers, takes messages, or transfers calls to appropriate individuals

Sets up and maintains paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material

Carries out office matter such as follow-up of pending issues and keeping both internal and external communications accordingly

Relieves the immediate manager of routine matter such as reading mail, requesting information and the like all in accordance with established procedures.

Arranges meetings, assembles conference materials, takes minutes and prepares draft as and required distributes on approval

Place of work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

(Fixed term Contract - 6 month)

Required Qualification and Experience:

First Degree in Management/Administrative Management or related fields and 2 years related work experience
