Mothers and Children Multisectoral Development Organization Regional Liaison Officer Jobs in Ethiopia

Main Purpose

The RLO is responsible to represent MCMDO Head Office at regional level.

The RLO is expected to represent MCMDO attend different meetings and discussion forums to enhance smooth partnership at regional level.

Moreover, the RLO will also facilitate supports to head office and the field teams at woreda level.

The following are the major roles and responsibilities;

Facilitate project appraisal and signature of agreements

Attend relevant meetings representing MCMDO

Facilitate any support which is needed from the region requested by head office and field staffs

Promote and sell the good will of MCMDO

Communicate potential donors at regional level and lobby to collaborate with MCMDO
Submit reports to the regional bureaus

Job Requirements

Qualification

BA/MA degree in Education Development planning and Management, Economics, Management, Health, Nutrition and related fields with seven years for BA/BSC and four years for MA/MSCwork experience

Previous management experience on education programmes in NGO context is desirable

Essential computer literacy (word, excel)

Strong work ethic and commitment to humanitarian objectives

Highly motivated, flexibility, quick learning and team working;

Fluent in spoken and written English, local language is an asset
