Job Description

Mothers and Children Multisectoral Development Organization (MCMDO) is an Ethiopian resident charity organization registered in accordance with the Agency For Civil Society proclamation No 1113/2019 Organization with registry No 0022.

MCMDO currently is being implementing more than 24 projects and development activities in Oromiya, SNNPR, Somali, Gambella, Benishangul Gumuz , Tigray, Amhara, Harari, Dire Dawa and City Administration of Addis Ababa.

To meet its objectives MCMDO calls for competent professionals to apply for the following vacant position.

Job Requirements

Qualification

Diploma in any social science fields 3 years of work experience

Experience

Minimum three years of previous demonstrable work experiences as community mobilize.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in street based intervention has more value.

NGO experience is a requirement

Ability to work in high tension and high security risk situations;

Ability to work in and contribute to

Knowledge of child protection policy,

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.

Fluency in Amharic and other local languages required.
