Duties & Responsibilities
•Directing financial planning and strategy.
•Analyzing and reporting on financial performances.
•Overseeing audit and tax function.
•Developing and implementing accounting policies.
•Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.
•Training accounting Staff.
•Reviewing Departmental budgets.
•Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk.
•Analyzing complex financial data.
•Managing

Internal control.
•Budgeting and monitoring of project expenditures.
•Maintaining and supervising project accounts.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
•Degree in Economics or in a related field.
•15 years of proven work experience in Finance Administration on international Construction projects of which 5years should be with an international construction company working on oil and gas projects
•Advanced knowledge in computing programs of Micro Soft applications inclusive of MS FrontPage and MS Project.
•Advanced knowledge in ACL and IDEA (data analysis tools in Audit) and SPSS (data analysis tools) with Visual Basics, SQL and HTML, SAP/R3 and AS/400 especially in modules SAP FI-CO and MM, Strong knowledge of POC, POCP (public), POCMS (Health) and POCFIM (Investment Funds), IFRS and IAS.
•Good financial reporting skills.
•Good team leadership and mentorship skills.
•Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
•A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
