Responsibilities

You will be working with the People Director to;

Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment

Monitor and report HR metrics to the Leadership team

Coordinate our Performance Management process

Support current and future business needs by implementing the HRMS

Manage various functions in HR such as payroll, exit management, employee relations, compensation and benefits.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategy and policies

Coach and develop management in line with our talent philosophy

Requirements

Solid understanding of Labour Laws

At least 3+ years of Proven work experience as a People Operations Manager

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Interacted with a Human Resources Management Software

Human Resource Professional Certification

Strong data analysis and reporting skills
